We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
Price corrections may be applied if an item was incorrectly priced due to a technical error
Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

3. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres
Standard processing time is 2–5 business days before dispatch
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days for standard shipping; 3–7 days for express
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country

5. Returns and Refunds

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Sizing charts are provided as guides — please check our Size Guide before ordering. We are not responsible for fit issues if the correct size was not selected.
