- Colour & Print Accuracy — Colours and printed details are compared against our approved product samples to ensure accuracy
- Accessories & Completeness — Every package is checked to confirm all included accessories, wigs, props, and components are present
- Measurements Verification — Garment dimensions are measured against our size chart specifications
- Final Visual Inspection — A last overall check for any defects, loose threads, or damage before packing

- Fibre quality and heat resistance rating
- Cap construction and adjustable strap function
- Colour consistency from roots to tips
- No matting, tangling, or loose wefts
- Correct density and volume matching the product listing
What We Inspect for Helmets & Masks
- Structural integrity — no cracks, dents, or deformities
- Paint finish quality — even coverage, no drips or chips
- Lens and visor clarity (where applicable)
- Interior padding and comfort fit
- LED function check (for electronic components)
